\nBesides indulging my new favorite hobby of mowing the lawn, we also got to transplant some of our plants from their little pots to bigger ones. As you can see the ones in the pots are also doing well and I think tomatoes and peppers of all kinds will be transfered to the garden this week. Hopefully we’re done with epic downpours for now – last Thursday we had a flooded bedroom (Owen’s as well) thx to a mighty thunderstorm and I was really worried the plants would just blow away.
\nNeben meiner neuen Lieblingst\u00e4tigkeit drau\u00dfen, dem M\u00e4hen, haben wir in dieser letzten Woche unsere Garten-Pflanzen zum Teil umgetopft. Wie man sehen kann, geht es den Pflanzen in den T\u00f6pchen ebenfalls gut und ich denke diese Woche sind Tomaten, Paprika und Cayennepfefferschoten bereit in den Garten zu ziehen. Ich hoffe allerdings, dass die epischen Niederschl\u00e4ge weniger werden – letzten Donnerstag waren unser Schlafzimmer und Owens Zimmer dank eines kr\u00e4ftigen Gewitters \u00fcberschwemmt und ich war davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Pflanzen einfach weggeweht werden..<\/strong>

\nThis week marks the last week of school and the kids are beyond excited. That also means that we won’t see them for 11 days after Friday because they will be with their Mom much more during the summer (to make up for the 5 days a week they are with us during the school year). So Adam and I will be heading to Green Bay next Monday to visit Chad and his family – I can’t wait!
\nDiese Woche ist hier die letzte Schulwoche und beide Kinder sind voller Vorfreude. Das hei\u00dft auch, dass wir sie nach Freitag erstmal 11 Tage nicht mehr sehen, da sie \u00fcber den Sommer weitaus mehr bei ihrer Mutter sein werden (um die 5 Tage die Woche auszugleichen, w\u00e4hrend derer wir sie im Schuljahr haben). Also werden Adam und ich heute in einer Woche nach Green Bay fahren um Chad und seine Familie zu besuchen – ich freu mich schon!<\/strong><\/p>\n
