No further work on the wall was required this weekend, so I spent Saturday morning making salsa and a habanero-garlic hot\u00a0sauce. My right hand hated me for most of the day and I swear I will never cut hot peppers (habaneros and ghost peppers anyway)\u00a0without a glove again, but the results were great. The salsa is a little too runny, but tasty and not bad for a first attempt and the hot sauce was deemed worthy by our in-family expert (aka Bill) :).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die vergangene Woche war unspannend und sch\u00f6n\u00a0ruhig. An der Mauer haben wir am Wochenende auch nicht gearbeitet, also hatte ich am Samstag Zeit Salsa und scharfe So\u00dfe (Habanero\/Knobi)\u00a0zu fabrizieren. Meine rechte Hand hat den meisten Teil des Tages mit Eispacks und dem Halten\u00a0kalter Getr\u00e4nke verbracht und mich f\u00fcrs Schneiden der diversen Chillis gehasst (nie wieder ohne Handschuh), aber die Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen sich sehen lassen.
