My blog post last week really wasn’t complete, because there were more party pictures to be shown. So check out these two :-D:
\nMein Post der letzten Woche war wirklich nicht vollst\u00e4ndig, es gab n\u00e4mlich noch mehr Party-Fotos. Was haltet ihr von\u00a0diesen Zweien :-D?<\/strong>

\nIn other news we helped\u00a0Bill &\u00a0Deb with some work around their house on Sunday and that meant digging stuff up with tractors among other things. Who knew that could be so much fun?! Whilst digging we also encountered the little guy Bill is holding in the third picture (and I got eaten by mosquitos once again – seems to\u00a0be the story of this summer).
\nAm Sonntag haben wir Bill & Debbie beim Abtragen der Kieselsteine um ihr Haus herum geholfen – da mussten unter anderem Traktoren zum Buddeln ran. Das macht ziemlich viel Spa\u00df – wer h\u00e4tte das gedacht?! Au\u00dferdem stie\u00dfen wir auf die kleine Schlange, die Bill im dritten Bild halt und ich wurde mal wieder ordentlich von Moskitos traktiert (wie schon den ganzen Sommer \u00fcber).

\n<\/a>I totally forgot to mention this before, but we were invited to an election party by the German consulate in Chicago last Sunday! It would have probably been a lot of fun and we really considered making it into a weekend trip to Chicago, but with as much as has been going on around here, we decided not to in the end. Next time though!
\nIch hatte es ganz vergessen zu erw\u00e4hnen – aber wir waren\u00a0vom Generalkonsulat in Chicago zu einerr\u00a0Wahl-Party eingeladen am Sonntag! Das w\u00e4re glaube ich ziemlich lustig gewesen und wir haben wirklich \u00fcberlegt ein WE in Chicago zu verbringen – aber es war so viel los in letzter Zeit, dass wir es lieber gelassen haben. N\u00e4chstes Mal!<\/strong>
