„I don’t do valentine’s Day.“ I just said that last week, right? Well, my co-workers do and so we all got flowers from our employee recognition committee at work and I got a big Reese’s pb heart from my friend Jennifer. I guess I better get with the program for next year, lol.
\nHab ich nicht letzte Woche noch gesagt ich mag Valentinstag und das Drumherum nicht und mache da nicht mit? Tja, alle anderen hier ja leider schon und daher haben wir bei der Arbeit Blumen und ich ein gro\u00dfes Schoko-Erdnussbutter-Herz von meiner Kollegin und Freundin Jennifer bekommen. Da mache ich im n\u00e4chsten Jahr wohl doch besser ein bisschen mit, lol.<\/strong>

\nTo be fair, I should mention that I actually got Adam sth as well – but more as a joke: he had been looking for his German learning book for days and finally concluded that it was lost sometime in January. Then he said to me „you should just get me a new one for Valentine’s Day“. So I did. And of course he had forgotten all about it and felt bad for not having anything for me ^^.<\/p>\n

Fairerweise sollte ich erw\u00e4hnen, dass ich Adam auch etwas geschenkt habe – aber mehr als Scherz. Er hatte Anfang Januar tagelang nach seinem Deutschbuch gesucht und es irgendwann als Verschollen deklariert. Dann sagte er „Du solltest mir einfach ein neues schenken. Zum Valentinstag“. Gesagt, getan. Nur hatte er das nat\u00fcrlich l\u00e4ngst vergessen und sch\u00e4mte sich dann, weil er nichts f\u00fcr mich hatte ^^.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
