We got very lucky with the weather for Halloween and went on a very nice walk around the neighborhood (us being Bill, Debbie, Adam, Alyssa, Owen and myself) while Owen trick-or-treated. We had the pleasure of a wonderful sunset and the luxury of walking around in t-shirts!
\nAn Halloween hatten wir in diesem Jahr mit dem Wetter unglaubliches Gl\u00fcck und somit wurde Owens „S\u00fc\u00dfes oder Saures“-Tour zu einem netten Abendspaziergang mit der ganzen Familie (inklusive Schwiegereltern). Nicht nur liefen wir in Tshirts durch die Nachbarschaft, nein, einen wundersch\u00f6nen Sonnenuntergang gabs auch noch.<\/strong>

\nIt’s definitely fall now, but thus far we’ve had the best possible weather – around 68 degrees every day and lots of sunshine. The trees are losing their leaves quickly now, but there are still quite a few around that are just turning:
\nEs ist eindeutig Herbst geworden, aber bisher mit wunderbarem Wetter – die Durchschnittstemperatur am Tag liegt immer noch bei 18-20\u00b0 und die Sonne scheint viel. Die B\u00e4ume verlieren grade sehr schnell ihre Bl\u00e4tter, aber es gibt auch immer noch einige, die gerade erst die Farbe wechseln:<\/strong>

\nOn Tuesday we had the pleasure of a spontanous concert that the kids put on for us – Alyssa was in the midst of practising her clarinet when Owen discovered her recorder and joined in. It was a funny, but at times painful event :).
